Greenwich Group, LLC is a general contracting and construction management firm offering innovative design/build services for luxury new homes and large-scale custom renovations in Bergen County, New Jersey and Greenwich, Connecticut.
 
The partners, Steven Klenk and Deborah Deck, have a combined forty years of experience and have distinguished themselves as professionals who are committed to their clients. They have been recognized for the highest level of quality in custom home building and as innovators in home design, energy efficiency and technology. They understand that building a home is a journey that demands a balance between aggressive construction
schedules, unyielding cost-containment and strong commitments to provide clients with the products and amenities of their dreams.
 
Deborah Deck began her career as a marketing consultant to a prominent builder and went on to become the Project Director for two of the most prestigious communities in New Jersey. Deborah’s expertise in luxury new construction is combined with a master’s degree in psychology, giving her the ability to focus on her client’s needs and to facilitate a high level of communication and collaboration throughout the building process. Her goal is to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships by providing outstanding service and quality construction.
 
Steven Klenk’s breadth of construction experience ranges from multi-family residential dwellings to heavy civil construction. He has an architectural background and is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey and Delaware.  He has built over 450 homes in Northern New Jersey, four of which have won “Best Custom Home of the Year” award from the New Jersey Builders Association.  His analytical skill set results in the delivery of product on time, on budget and with the highest degree of quality.
